The 12th annual Ferndale Blues and Music Festival kicked off Friday night with an all-ages show at Easy Like Sundae, a performance by the Luddites at Dino's Lounge and more. The 10-day festival raises money for Ferndale Youth Assistance and the Michigan AIDS Coalition. The 2013 Bud Light Ferndale Blues and Music Festival kicks off on Friday and the 12th annual event has plenty of fun in store for people of all ages. Guests can look forward to 10 days of concerts this year, starting with some family-friendly performances at Easy Like Sundae tonight by local students. The festival, which continues through Feb. 6, is held each year as a fundraiser for Ferndale Youth Assistance and the Michigan AIDS Coalition.
