Royal Oak has a St Patricks Day Parade replete with vomiting and falling down youth right after, along with other major holiday parades. While it has a nice "Spooktacular" for the kiddies and their parents there is nothing for us adult children on Halloween except to go to the bars, or watch the police patrols and the cheap last minute get ups at Leos around bar closing time.
