A reader recently contacted Patch after seeing a list of plumber recommendations on our Facebook page [we compiled those recommendations here]. The resident wrote, "I am a new Ferndale homeowner, about a year, and I want to put in a security system. Any recommendations? There are just too many companies and it's confusing."
