The monthly dinner in Ferndale that lets guests choose which non-profit to support is back after a hiatus and is planning its next dinner for Feb. 17, according to a recent article at Hometownlife.com. Ferndale SOUP is a monthly dinner where guests listen to three people pitch a project idea that will benefit the Ferndale area. Attendees vote for their favorite project, and the winner is awarded a microgrant — based on the total collected from the $5 admission price — to give the idea a boost.
