Conan O'Brien Gets Night Light Made By Ferndale Stained Glass Artist
Carey Gustafson, owner of Glass Action in Ferndale, made a Conan O'Brien night light that was recently delivered to the late-night host.
A famous TV host's nights may be a little brighter – literally – thanks to Ferndale-based stained glass artist Carey Gustafson. Gustafson made the Conan O'Brien night light seen here and now it's in the hands of the late-night comedian himself. "One of the things that has gotten pretty popular I love to make are portrait night lights," said Gustafson, who started a line of glass items called Glass Action in 2005. She sells her work at art shows, local shops and etsy.com. A longtime Conan fan, Gustafson designed this particular night light to submit to a fan-art section of O'Brien's website, where the submission was rated among the top three on the site.
