Henry Ford board members voted against the multi-billion-dollar deal Tuesday afternoon.
The Beaumont and Henry Ford health systems merger has been called off after "different perspectives" emerged about the $6.4-billion deal. New outpatient unit marks completion of Beaumont Hospital, Troy Cancer Center
Beaumont Hospital, Troy has opened a 13,000-square-foot outpatient radiation oncology department that completes the consolidation of the hospital’s outpatient cancer services in an expanded Cancer Center on its Sterling Heights campus.
