I've spotted a pair of hawks (Northern Harrier) in the downtown carrying rats, Must be raising a family in town. It's amazing how wildlife adapts to an urban environment and survives.

Not sure what that has to do with the above photos. I can't find any context in kite pictures and cross training pics. But anyway, I think those Harriers were released to control the runaway rat population.
It seems to be working. There has been a kettle of hawks patrolling my neighborhood daily for a couple of years now.
