What do you love or not love about the Woodward Dream Cruise?

I do NOT love the traffic and the gawking that begins two weeks before and continues one week after. Woodward has a speed limit, and I like it when people drive it. I haven't loved anything about the cruise in years, I'm over it.

What does the Woodward Dream Cruise need more of?

Needs more cars that don't stink.

What does the Woodward Dream Cruise need less of?

Needs less people peeling out to sound/look cool.

How would you improve the Woodward Dream Cruise (Does it need improving)?

Maybe it would be more special if it were every other year, or every five!

Most vivid Dream Cruise memory (can be good or bad)?

While this will sound completely contrary to my aforementioned dislike of the cruise, my favorite memory is selling water/pop for the FHS cheer team (when I was in high school). It was one of the first cruises, and we performed stunts in the median to attract people to buy our beverages - it was a fundraiser we used to help pay for new uniforms. Actually was kind of fun.

Remaining thoughts on the Woodward Dream Cruise:

I generally do not like how long the cruisers linger, and I have yet to understand the fun in sitting in a lounge chair on Woodward any hour of the day and watching cars drive by. I thought it was cool the first couple years with all the people coming to our little town of Ferndale, but now that Ferndale is bustling all the time, I don't need a crowded, crazy festival to keep me away from downtown -which is what happens.
