At Patch, we don’t take shortcuts. That’s why we hire professional
editors and contributors in each of our towns and personally visit
every business in our Directory at least once a year.
Despite our best efforts, sometimes a personal visit is not possible
— a business might be run out of a home or the owner may be too busy.
In this case, we list the business on Patch with as much information as
we have. And because we believe in full disclosure, we include our
verification disclaimer.
We are always looking for feedback on our listings and the verification
process, so if you see incorrect information or have an opinion, please
send us your thoughts. If you are the owner or manager of a business or
organization, you can claim a listing and help determine what
information is displayed on Patch.
After a week of waiting, I was then told to reschedule my appointment, which I was okay with. After I waited for two hours past my appointment time, the doctor finally arrived at the office, only to make me wait for another thirty minutes to be seen. On top of that, none of the nurses washed their hands as they took my blood. When Dr. Robinson finally came in her attitude was awful. She was very rude and talked to me like I had no idea what I was talking about. She told me that my asthma was in control, even though I have to do my inhaler 6 times a day, when ideally you shouldn't have to use it once. The way she talked to me was degrading and unprofessional. My suggestion would be to find a new doctor.
