- The City Council will meet at 7:30 p.m. Monday, July 22, at City Hall.
- The Laurie Johnson Project will play Blues Thursday, aka Blursday, on Thursday, July 25, at Dino's Lounge. Wash down a half slab of ribs with a can of beer for $9.95.
- The 17th annual Ferndale Pub Crawl will be held starting at 6:30 p.m. Friday, July 26. The charity benefit will visit more than 16 venues. Visit ferndalepubcrawl.org for more information when it becomes available.
- Stop by the Ferndale Public Library for Detroit Waldorf Story Hour at 2 p.m. Saturday, July 27.
- SKIN '13: A Melanoma Benefit – featuring former Real Housewife of New York Kelly Killoren Bensimon, hors d'oeuvres, desserts, cocktails, dancing and a live fashion event – will be held at 7 p.m. Saturday, July 27, at The Bosco. The fifth annual fundraiser will benefit the University of Michigan Comprehensive Cancer Center.
