Kids’ Games, Music, Giveaways, Food & Avondale High School Football Field Rededication before the 7:30 pm Game vs. Ferndale Eagles

Avondale Schools is inviting the community to an Avondale family celebration to mark the completion of multiple construction projects stemming from the 2010 bond issue that implemented district-wide facility improvements.

The festivities begin at 4 pm on Friday, September 16, at Avondale High School, 2800 Waukegan Street, with food, music, giveaways, games and inflatables, and a ribbon- cutting and rededication of the new Dick Bye football field.  The cost is $5 per person ($3 for senior citizens) and also includes admission to the 7:30 pm Avondale High School football game against the Ferndale Eagles.
