Though a school bond vote in February isn't official yet — it won't be official until the Ferndale Board of Education votes on it at its meeting Monday — a residents group in support of it is forming.
The group — Citizens for Quality Schools — is meeting on Sunday at 6:30 p.m. at .
The meeting is open to everyone in the Ferndale school district, which includes most of Ferndale, a portion of Oak Park and Royal Oak Township and all of Pleasant Ridge. Free childcare will be provided. You can visit the group on Facebook here for more details.
