Summer Food Program for Children under 18

Ferndale Schools SUMMER FOOD PROGRAM begins Monday, June 18 for the entire community – Any child 18 and under

The Summer 2012 in-school food service program will provide every child 18 years and younger with a free, nutritious breakfast and lunch throughout the summer.  The program begins on June 18 at Ferndale Middle School/Ferndale High School, on the south side of the main entrance.

There are no financial requirements or qualifications for children and their families. Meals must be eaten on site. Youth groups, summer day care programs, neighborhood friends, are all welcome at any time. Meals are available to all children in the community, not just Ferndale Schools’ students.
