Legislators Invite Ferndale Residents to Discuss Medicaid Expansion, Other Issues

Sen. Vincent Gregory and Rep. Ellen Cogen Lipton will hold a coffee hour Thursday, Sept. 12, at the Ferndale Public Library.

Ferndale residents are invited to join their state representatives for a discussion of Michigan and community issues, including the status of Medicaid expansion legislation.

Sen. Vincent Gregory, D-Southfield, and Rep. Ellen Cogen Lipton, D-Huntington Woods, will hold a coffee hour from 6-7 p.m. Thursday, Sept. 12, at the Ferndale Public Library.

"This will be an excellent and convenient opportunity for Ferndale residents to meet with their local legislators and sit down with them to discuss these and other issues," according to a press release.
