Ferndale City Council Meets for Goal-Setting Session Tonight

Council will set goals, objectives for 2013 at public meeting.

The Ferndale City Council will begin to outline its goals and objectives for the upcoming year during a public meeting scheduled for Monday, Feb. 4.

The meeting will be held at the Ferndale Public Library between 5:30 p.m. to 9 p.m.

“This is a great opportunity for staff and City Council to come together to discuss what our focus should be in 2013," Ferndale City Manager April Lynch said in a press release.

The city will move on to budget workshops in March with a final budget presentation in April.

"This is a busy time of year for the city, both the goals and the budget are extremely important for setting the tone for 2013," she said.
