Police say the man pointed his gun at the victim, yelled for him to get away from his car, and called him names. The victim ran away and called police.

Officers responded to the motel and called the man staying in that room - Arnold Parker, 69 - on the phone. Police said Parker willingly came out of his room to meet with officers and he was arrested without incident.
