Ferndale Police Make Indecent Exposure Arrest

The Ferndale Police Department responded to multiple calls about a man publicly masturbating over the weekend, according to a police report.
Oakland Township resident Peter Jacobsen, 52, was arrested at approximately 1 a.m. Sunday, Aug. 18, after two callers reported seeing him naked and masturbating in his car near the intersection of Woodward Avenue and Lewiston, the report says.
Jacobsen drove away from the scene, but police stopped him shortly afterward; he was arrested and released on a $500 cash bond on an indecent exposure charge, the report says.
