Ferndale Man Due in Court on Indecent Exposure Charge

A 23-year-old Ferndale man is due in court for a pre-exam conference on Thursday after being arrested in August for reportedly masturbating in front of a woman in his neighborhood, The Daily Tribue reports.
Kurtis Collis is charged with aggravated indecent exposure – a two-year misdemeanor – after an incident Aug. 29 in which he is accused of exposing and fondling himself in front of the 22-year-old woman, according to the article.
Collis reportedly went to the woman's house on East Hazelhurst and after he took multiple trips to the bathroom, she noticed him standing in her hallway, smiling at her and fondling himself. She yelled at him to leave and he complied, police told The Daily Tribune. Read the full story here.
