You're As Strong As You Think You're Not
So many times I hear the same comment - I'm just not strong or, I'm just not a runner... insert whatever area of fitness that applies to you. Guess what, if you think you suck... you probably suck. But not really. So much of this game is mental. You can play the jedi mind trick on others to convince them that you're better at something than you really are. Why can't you do that to yourself? You already convince yourself that you suck at something you probably don't suck at. The point is this, talk most highly of the things you're least confident about. If you hear it enough, you'll start to believe it. If you start to believe it, you'll do things to improve it. If you do things to improve it, it'll become a strength and not a weakness. Get it? Now go out, and don't suck.
