Newer Doesn't Always Mean Better

Oldies but goodies... know why pushups, pullups and squats have been around forever? Because they work. If everyone knew that the most essential moves they needed to do to obtain their best physical condition were things they could do on their own, they would shut down every gym in the country. That's a good thing! Run/walk for 20 minutes. Do as many pushups as you can do, followed by as many squats as you can do and how many pullups (or bodyweight rows of some sort) that you can do followed once again by running/walking 20 minutes. Every other day. What you'd get? A body you wouldn't recognized 6 months from now. Or, go pay a gym membership and put some time in on machines that don't work near as well and take 10 x the amount of time to train on without producing anywhere near the results. Tough choice huh?
