Fashion's Night Out in Ferndale

This past weekend was a real whirlwind for the Michigan. The domestic storm that blew thru Ferndale certainly upset the applecart. Of course, we have come through still strong, still fabulous, and with a few less trees.

Some of us are pressing forward to clean away debris, hope for our power to come back, and we are all adjusting to the 40-degree drop in temperature.  For those of you who need some retail therapy to move forward, I would like to humbly recommend-Fashion’s Night Out on Sept. 9!

Headed up by Designer Resale Boutique, this evening should be full of fun, entertainment, and savings! The evening event mirror’s an event in New York, which will be going on at the same time. It is focused on supporting LOCAL fashion vendors.

I learned about Fashion Night Out while at DRB’s fresh location in Fashionable Ferndale’s West Nine Mile shops. Aside from being super impressed by the store, I was pumped for the opportunity to do some late night shopping at my favorite local stores.

The Rust Belt Market, Naka, Candlewick, DRB, etc., will have extended hours to 11 p.m. on Sept. 9. Aside from offering up fashion forward deals to make your purchases easier on your wallet, there will also be fashion shows, contents, celebrity interactions, and much more to keep you engaged!

This is great way to pick up some fresh pieces for our fall wardrobes and shake off the stress of almost being blown away.
