This is the second general meeting of the newly formed CLEAR – a political action committee intent on cultivating a culture of accountability and responsiveness within the district’s administration and Board of Education.
CLEAR has a mission of including all community voices in school decisions, fostering citizenleadership in school matters, promoting educational excellence, guaranteeing accountability among district decision-makers and ensuring responsiveness to citizen concerns.
On March 14, CLEAR held a kickoff to talk about its mission, vision and purpose.
On April 11, the meeting is open to the public. The agenda includes:
Update on Presentation to Board of Education and Consideration of Next Month's Presentation;
Proposal for Reduced Fee Membership Arrangements
Brainstorming Issues and Development of Task Forces
Nominations for CLEAR Board Positions.
