Quality Kosher Catering Opens New Carryout Restaurant Introducing Customer's To A Unique Kosher Carryout Dining Experience!

The owners of Quality Kosher Catering have opened a new
deli, sushi and carryout restaurant in Oak Park, Michigan called Kravings. Featuring an extensive selection of freshly prepared food for both takeout and
dining in, Kravings is located at 25270 Greenfield Road.

The carryout restaurant offers customers a full sushi bar, take out counter, sandwich and burger bar as well as the opportunity to order prepared Kosher food out of a display case. Guests can either eat at the restaurant – it seats 25 people comfortably – or carryout the items to enjoy at home. Larry Holloway has been named Chef Manager of Kravings. Quality Kosher Catering’s Owner Leah Kohn and Executive Chef Michael Cusumano will also help oversee the operations of the new restaurant.

“We’re very excited about the opening of Kravings and really saw a need in the community for a Kosher carryout and dining option,” said Daniel Kohn, General Manager of Kravings and Quality Kosher Catering. “All the major cities such as New York and Los Angeles have beautiful Kosher options. We want our customers to be as excited about fresh, quality food as we are and are happy to bring this concept to the Detroit area."

To help celebrate the grand opening, Kravings will be donating 25% of all sales to JARC, an organization serving people with disabilities, during the week of Sunday, March 2, 2014 through Saturday, March 8, 2014.  Quality Kosher Catering has been one of JARC's distinguished Corporate Sponsors, and has done the catering for the organization’s SpringElation and Fall Fundraiser events for the past two years.

“We're honored that Kravings selected our organization to donate a portion of its grand opening week proceeds,” said Rick Loewenstein, Chief Executive Officer of JARC. “Quality Kosher Catering and its entire team especially Daniel Kohn have been instrumental in helping JARC’s fundraising efforts over the years. They’ve done an amazing job catering our biggest events and wowing our guests with some of the best cuisine in the area!”

Kravings is open Sunday through Wednesday from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m, Thursday 10 a.m. to 1 a.m., Fridays 8 a.m. to two hours before sundown and Saturdays two hours after sundown to 1 a.m. “We wanted to stay open late on Thursday and Saturday nights to give our customer’s somewhere to go and eat after a movie or event.” added Kohn.
