Show Ferndale Patch Your DIY! Participate in Our DIY Project

As Ferndale inches closer to the DIY Street Fair in September, Ferndale Patch wants to find out what DIY actually means to you.

The DIY Street Fair will be here before you know it. In about a month, on Sept. 16, 17 and 18, the will be holding their annual street fair that encompasses live music, crafters, artists, entrepreneurs and, of course, recycling.

So, in lead up to that, we thought we'd dive into what the DIY ethic is, what it means and how you, Ferndale, have embraced it, participated in it, and created on its behalf.

DIY stands for Do-It-Yourself. But that's the easy definition. Over the next month, we'll be running stories from the community, from artists, musicians, business owners, local officials and neighbors on what DIY means to them (and to you).
