PatchTV: Ferndale Pride Struts in Southeast Michigan Dyke March

The second annual Southeast Michigan Dyke March is not just for "dykes", but for everyone.

Hundreds of people gathered behind the Rust Belt Market Saturday for the second annual Southeast Michigan Dyke March.

Organized by Eric Folkmire, Julia LeBrell, Audrey Long, and Nadia Maraachli, the march walked west on Nine Mile, north on Pinecrest to Geary Park where informational booths were set up, live music was played and barbeque was served.

Ferndale Mayor Dave Coulter gave a speech about equality and tolerance before the life music kicked off.
