Moms Talk: How Do You Teach Democracy to your Children?

There's an election coming up next week in Ferndale. On May 3, Ferndale residents will be asked to go to the polls to vote for or against Proposal A, a millage increase that City Council says will help close the $2.3 million shortfall in the general fund. So, what better time than now to talk about a government for the people, by the people.

Ferndale Patch will dedicate a column each week on a discussion with moms and dads about anything, really.
