Empty Bowls Luncheon

Ferndale High School is hosting the Empty Bowls Luncheon today. The national organization that helps fight hunger was originally started in Michigan.

The bowls are created by students and local restaurants and grocery stores donate soup, cookies and bread.  Students help serve the food and help clean up.

A little hint: most people start arriving a half hour early to get their pick of the student art bowls.  Space is also limited to the first 80, so please r.s.v.p to reserve your spot.
