Dino's, Danny's Voted Best Places to Celebrate St. Patrick's Day in Ferndale

In our quest to rate the best of the best in Ferndale, we asked Patch readers this week to vote for the .

A total of 38 readers voted in our poll, and came out on top with 39 percent of votes. got second place with 26 percent of votes and was next with 15 percent.

Dino's owner Dean Bach said the entire city of Ferndale is really what deserves the recognition.

"I really think that Ferndale is the best place to go for St. Patrick's Day because of the amount of great places to go within walking distance," he said. "There are just so many great places."

Bach said Dino's might be a popular choice for the Irish holiday thanks to its small, relaxed atmosphere and special menu options. The windows will be open Saturday for an outdoor feel. Here's what else Dino's has to offer on St. Patrick's Day:

  • Start the day with O'Dino's St. Patrick's Day Brunch 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. featuring Bottomless Bloodys, Mimosas and Hurricane Rum Punch, Green Eggs and Ham, Bangers and Mash and more.
  • Special Go Green Happy Hour 3-6 p.m.
  • Live music with The George Martha Band
