Local Musician Ryan Allen Talks to 944, Gives Ferndale Some Love
If you're involved -- even peripherally -- in the local music scene in these parts, you probably know Ryan Allen.
Ferndale resident, local musician and writer, which includes sat down with 944, a nightlife and lifestyles magazine, and answered a few questions.
Recently Allen released his first solo record and is also in the indie rock band .

944: What area/neighborhood of the metro area do you live in?
Ryan Allen: I kick it in Ferndale, son.

944: What do you love most about living and working in this city, in a sentence?
RA: You can ride your bike wherever you want to go, see all types of creative people out and about doing creative things, get wild if that suits you, and raise a family all in one very progressive few-mile radius.
944: Biggest pet peeve about living/doing business here, in a sentence?
RA: I love mostly everything about living here, but I guess I wouldn’t want to be standing outside Boogie Fever at 2 a.m.
