Ferndale DIY Street Fair Accepting Vendor Applications

The annual event that showcases local independent businesses, artists, musicians and more is set for Sept. 14-16.

The , which celebrates Do It Yourself ethic by showcasing local independent businesses, artists, musicians, is accepting vendor applications for the annual fall event.

This year's DIY Street Fair will be Sept. 14-16 in the southeast quadrant off of Nine Mile and Woodward next to the and centered on Troy Street.

The event brings in thousands of people for live music, activities for children, a beer tent, food from local restaurants and, of course, the marketplace where a variety of unique vendors offer their original and handmade wares for sale.

The application fee is $25 and the booth fee is $300. Availability is limited and booth space is awarded to those offering creative, unique and high-quality goods or services.
