Join us to celebrate the release of DETROIT ROCKS! A Pictorial History of Detroit Rock and Roll by Gary Grimshaw and Leni Sinclair, with a special performance by ML Liebler & Coyote Monk Poetry Band featuring Grammy Winning Eminem Producer and Bassist Steve King, The Blue Room guitarist Charlie Palazzola, Frankie the K on they keys, Eddie Baranek from The Sights and from The Dangerous Diane Band and 54 Sound drummer Leonard Johnson.

DETROIT ROCKS! features the best of Gary's artwork and Leni's photographs from 1965 to 1975, including many never-before or rarely seen photos and much of Gary's artwork that hasn't been seen in the past 30 or 40 years. Besides Gary's better-known Grande Ballroom posters, it includes many designs for flyers, book, magazine and LP covers, bumper stickers, business cards and much more.
