'Jump in the Fire' Heats Up Downtown Detroit with Eclectic Art Exhibit

Start Gallery presents “Jump in the Fire,” an art exhibit like no other that features 5,500 square feet of galleries and blazing sights and sounds all within the stunning confines of Detroit’s latest addition to the art scene.

“Jump in the Fire” -- running through Oct. 31 -- spotlights a diverse mix of over 60 local, national and international artists including Gus Fink, Stephanie Henderson, Matt Truiano and Laura Barnhard plus five never before seen full room installations by Ron Zakrin, Monique Pettway, Seymour, Neural Patterns and Kero.

Thematically “Jump in the Fire” embraces the darker side of Halloween. In lieu of traditional pumpkins or witches – the art will bleed hauntingly provocative imagery.
