"JFK On Broadway"

Kennedy Elementary PTA presents "JFK On Broadway," an all-school musical.

Tickets are available at the or a limited number will be at the door. Saturday's show is nearly sold out, so the Sunday matinee was added. Saturday at 7 p.m.; Sunday at 3 p.m.

ice cream will be sold during intermission.

The musical tells the story of a girl named Sophie the night before auditions for her school musical. She doesn't want to try out. "What's so special about Broadway?" she asks. During the night, characters from famous Broadway musicals come visit in hopes of convincing her that there's more to the music world than Adele songs. From "Singin' in the Rain" to "It's a Hard Knock Life" to "Can You Feel the Love Tonight?", this show will have something for everyone.

Come see more than 100 Kennedy students on stage in some fabulous costumes with awesome props, supported by 30 more student stage hands, as well as dozens of parent and teacher volunteers. Find out whether Sophie will change her mind about the bright lights of Broadway.
