DETROIT WINTER premiere

DETROIT WINTER a dark comedy feature film is premiering at the Michigan Film Awards/Uptown Film Festival at Birmingham Uptown Theatre.  Festival tickets are available on Uptown Film Festival website. 

DETROIT WINTER chronicals a day in the life of Todd, who runs into his old girlfriend (literally with his car) and they begin a date.  Until all hell breaks loose.

Detroit actress, Jaclyn Strez, is nominated for Best Actress for her role as Kerissa (girlfriend) in DETROIT WINTER.  Jaclyn is up against Hollywood actresses for this award and we wish her well.  Ms. Strez will be attending the screening and afterparty, as will other Michigan cast and crew.

DETROIT WINTER is produced by Shady Lady Films a Ferndale film production company; written by Gil McRipley of Ferndale, directed by Barbara Troy of Pleasant Ridge.

A limited amount of $10 tickets for DETROIT WINTER only will be available on Uptown Film Festival website on Mar 1.
