We were very disappointed. By 5:30 almost every store had a sign that said out of candy. Some didn't even have a sign. Luckily the Library did a great job and cheered up my little ninja, we only had to wait an hour outside in the cold.

Also, disappointed in the participation from the merchants! Not as good as last year. If you want patrons downtown, then please support the functions that are on!! Library did a great job in entertaining the kiddies and adults. thank you!
