“Last year, we awarded a record 25 scholarships to area students,” said Dr. Haifa Fakhouri, President, ACC.  “It is a priority of the ACC to ensure that students in our community have all the opportunities available to pursue their education and achieve academic success.”

Funds for the Scholarship Awards Program are generated from the ACC’s Annual Golf Outing and Scholarship Awards Dinner, which also features a silent auction, scheduled this year for Tuesday, June 3 at Shenandoah Country Club in West Bloomfield.  Last year, 250 people were in attendance.  Information on sponsorship and participation opportunities also can be found on the ACC’s website, www.myacc.org
