  from 4:00 - 8:00 pm at Mirepoix\, the cooking school at Holiday Market\
 , located on the second floor of Holiday Market. The cost for guests wil
 l be $60 per person\, $100 per couple and $30 for children under 15\; al
 l proceeds will be donated to Gilda's Club. There is no entry fee for pa
 rticipants\, however\, any friends and family members of participants mu
 st purchase tickets.\nIt is easy to reserve your spot at this event\, ju
