Detroit Lotus Sangha is a meditation group that meets every Sunday at Mejishi Martial Arts in downtown Ferndale. The group follows the Zen teachings of Thich Nhat Hanh and one of his more than 90 books on Zen Buddhism. The morning includes a sitting meditation, a walking meditation, a Dharma talk and then another sitting meditation.
