What Would You Like to See on Ferndale's Web Site?
Share your opinions for the city's new logo and web design at a meeting Wednesday evening and tell us in the comments what improvements you'd like to see on the site.
The city of Ferndale is overhauling its web site and is looking for resident input on the design.
Residents have had the opportunity to fill out an online survey to share their thoughts on the site's new logo and graphic design, and now residents are invited to stop by a meeting to share their views.
The meeting will be held from 6:30-8 p.m. Wednesday at the Kulick Center.
The new web site's logo and graphic design are being developed by Skidmore Studio, based in Detroit.
During the meeting, attendees will be asked to complete a brief five-question informational survey created by Skidmore Studios.
Insights and opinions from the public meeting and the surveys will help to inform the design and branding position that Skidmore Studios develops for the city.
The city began seeking proposals for the redesign in late March. The website redesign and CMS integration are not to exceed $30,000, and the logo and overall brand development are not to exceed $15,000.
