After two days of rain and thunderstorms, the sun looks like it will be coming back this weekend though the temperatures should stay cool.

According to National Weather Service, Saturday is going to be cloudy in Ferndale, with a high of 71 degrees. There's a 40 percent chance of showers all day long, with winds around 13 miles per hour out of the west.

On Saturday night, the skies will be mostly cloudy with a low around 57 degrees.

Meanwhile, Sunday will be mostly sunny, with a high near 81 degrees. That gives away to a partly cloudy night, with a low around 63 degrees.

Looking ahead to the Monday morning commute, there's a chance of showers, with a high near 79 degrees.
