On Tuesday, Tiffany and Chris Best held an open house for the , an artists' market and incubator that will live in the former Old Navy building at 22801 Woodward Ave.

The space on this Monday was open, empty and full of energy. Tiffany Best said they are working to get it put together and hope to be fully operational soon, adding that she is getting applications every day.
