Modern Natural Baby participated in the 2012 Great Cloth Diaper Change on Saturday afternoon, where 31 babies had their cloth diapers changed at the same time as part of an attempt to break the Guinness World Record for the most cloth diapers changed simultaneously.

The multi-location event was initiated by the Real Diaper Association and had more than 305 locations in 16 countries.

Emily Murray, owner of Modern Natural Baby, said it could be a few weeks before official numbers are in. The downtown Ferndale shop participated in the 2011 event as well.

Ferndale Mayor Pro Tem Melanie Piana served as an official witness for the event.
