The Friends of the Ferndale Library are hosting a reception today to welcome Jessica Keyser, the new director of the Ferndale Public Library.
The event will be held from 1-3 p.m. on Saturday at the library. Light refreshments will be served and all are invited to attend.
Keyser, who began the position on Nov. 19, is a Ferndale resident and has a Master of Library and Information Science degree from Wayne State University.
