Nicole Starcher, an intern with Planned Parenthood, modeled a dress made completely out of condoms on Tuesday during the opening celebration for Planned Parenthood's new Ferndale location. The dress was designed by Ferndale resident and artist Matt Richmond exclusively for the event, which was held at Affirmations.
