The students don't just show up one day, know their lines, know the cues, have the costumes all set and are ready to go. There is work that goes into it. Hammers and nails and mess-ups and restarts and blood, sweat and tears.
The Ferndale Musical Boosters' production of Oklahoma!, which opens Saturday, is no different. With 65 students from Ferndale High School, Middle School, Coolidge and John F. Kennedy schools, this will be the group's third production of Oklahoma!
The production was previously performed here in 1982 and 1997.
Before the big night, Ferndale Patch captured a few behind-the-scenes moments during a dress rehearsal Monday.
