Here's a look at the hours, activities and live music on tap today at Ferndale's DIY Street Fair and Funky Ferndale Art Fair.

The fifth annual DIY Street Fair and 10th annual Funky Ferndale Art Fair both officially kick off today.
The DIY Street Fair features 130 local vendors offering unique, handmade items. Funky Ferndale is a juried art fair including 120 artists from across the country and here in Ferndale.
A high of 74 degrees is expected Friday with a 40 percent chance of rain.
Friday Hours
- DIY Hours on Friday: 6 p.m. to midnight
- Funky Ferndale Hours on Friday: 5-8 p.m.
DIY Kids Zone activities on Friday
- Free rock climbing wall 5-8 p.m. Closed-toed shoes only. Provided by Oakland County Parks and Recreation.
- Free ferris wheel rides 6 p.m. to midnight.
