Each week, Ferndale Patch will feature a different home or series of homes to give readers an idea of what the local housing market has to offer.

Today we take a look at the Lofts on 9, which have recently been made available for purchase through Skyward Real Estate. The lofts range from 600-square-foot studios to nearly 2,000-square-foot penthouse units. They range in price from $150,000 to $450,000.

An open house event will be held for the Lofts on 9 in on Thursday, Nov. 8 from 6-8 p.m. Skyward Real Estate agents will be on site to meet open house guests at Torino, located on the first floor of the building. Geusts can enjoy a complementary glass of wine while they tour the lofts with an agent.

"This is an exciting property not only for Skyward, but for the entire area," Dan Dubensky from Skyward said in a press release. "The Lofts on 9 have been at the for-front of design and really useable, functional space. Almost every unit is slightly different; from the flooring to layout each space is unique. My personal favorite is a unit with an electric garage door separating the second bedroom with the living space. We are expecting these to move quickly."
