I think it's great that homes are being listed high in ferndale. This house is huge and has a giant lot! Good luck finding anything worthwhile in birmingham for under $300,000. Ferndale should be pulling in more $ for it's houses. The homes are much bigger than homes in Royal Oak and downtown Ferndale is pretty awesome, and only getting better! It is a bummer that our school districts don't rank that high and that we have trash coming over from surrounding areas thanks in part to the taft adult center or im sorry the new digital learning center! I really think home values in Ferndale are only going to go up in the next few years, many people are seeing how great of a city it is!

you can easily find houses for $179,900 in Ferndale. Lots of houses in NW Ferndale will go for $200,000.
