Update 12:30 p.m. Monday: Taurus Burns, of Ferndale, has been found and is safe, according to reports.
11:21 a.m.: A Ferndale woman is putting out a public call for help finding her husband, who she says has been missing since early Sunday.
Bethany Young Burns says her husband, local artist and father Taurus Burns, went for a walk early Sunday morning and didn't take his phone, keys or camera. She has not heard from him since then.
A Missing Person Report has been filed with the Ferndale Police Department.
Ferndale Police Lt. William Wilson said Monday morning that police took the report due to the circumstances described but said it appears so far to be a domestic situation.
"Right now we're looking at this as it's most likely just a domestic situation where he does not want to be home," Wilson said.
Ferndale Patch is attempting to reach Bethany Young Burns. She posted this on her Facebook page Sunday night:
