While watching the Ferndale City Council Meeting for April 23,2012 they stated that Pearson Avenue would be redone from Woodward to Allen.They,however,didn't say WHEN this would be done.I have lived on Pearson since the early 90s when the millage was passed and they put down new asphalt and have watched the street deteriorate over the years and was wondering when or if they would ever get around to fixing the damage done to the street.Since Pearson is a main street off of Woodward I figured it was about time because of the tar they have placed in the cracks to slow the deterioration and placed the cold patch in the GIANT potholes.Does anyone know when the City of Ferndale is going to repair Pearson?
